Our board consists of 3 members, whose main task is to give strategical directions and decisions in the organisation.

All our board members are actively involved in social sphere.



JUTA MÄNNISALU

...is one of the founders of NGO noOR and due to that has been connected with organisations activities till the beginning. Last almost 10 years she has been involved in different activities/areas in social and youth work field (people with speical needs, youth, crime victimes etc), in international youth work active since year 2004.                                                                  
TAUNO ASUJA
Board Member

...has graduated social work in Tallinn University in year 2005. Since 2002. has been working in different places connected with social work (child welfare, people with special needs etc).

Since 2006. working in Tallinn City`s Board of Disabled People as a manager.

MARI-LY SOOMER
Board Member

...obtained higher education in Tallinn University in social work. Since 2007. works as case manager in Estonian National Social Insurance Board.

On daily basis noOR is run by Juta, Kai and Ana Maria.

...joined with noOR as a volunteer few years ago. After her EVS in Africa she has been managing joint EVS project with African partner organisation. She is also coordinating European Voluntary Service projects and involved with building stronger network among local organisations that noOR is in contact with.


ANA MARIA NARRO

...has been involved with noOR since 2009 as a volunteer. Since this year she is part time employee who makes our life in the office more colorful and effective.                                                                                                                               



VOLUNTEERS

noOR started as a volunteer basis NGO and is now grown to a small work force, but its members still carry the mentality of volunteering - sharing is caring! What makes us effective in our work are our local volunteers who support us with their skills, advice and encouraging words!
